Online Branch

Visiting a credit union just to make a transfer is as outdated as Polaroids and payphones. So we want to make it easy for you to do business with us. That's why we've designed an online banking program that is simple to maneuver and satisfies your banking needs. Online Branch is designed to be there when it's convenient for you, which sometimes isn't "normal business hours."

To get started, log into Online Branch and:

  1. Enter your account number as your User ID
  2. Enter the password given to you when you opened your account
  3. Click the Login button
  4. You will be asked to enter a token if one is provided

If you've already completed the Enhanced Security Login process, you will be directed to your account in Online Branch. Otherwise, you will be asked to complete a few simple steps to register your Enhanced Security Login before going to your account.

How to get started:

  • Download BOTH Community South Credit Union mobile banking apps using the links below.

    It's important you download both the RDC App and the Mobile Banking App!

  • Once both have both downloaded to your device, you'll then be able to access the mobile deposit feature within the Community South Credit Union mobile banking app.

Alerts

We offer various account, card, and credit union text message alerts* to keep you up-to-date with the Community South and your accounts.

  • All members will be automatically enrolled in alerts to keep you up to date with important credit union news such as closures, changes in branch hours, etc.
  • Members with loans will also receive alerts if your loan payment is late.
  • Account alerts such as balance and transaction alerts within our mobile app
  • Alerts for transactions tied to your Community South debit card using CardValet
